Why have a secure login?

This user authentication process uniquely identifies each individual when they visit the website. It makes sure access is restricted to Lloyds Banking Group employees. This allows more learning products and information to be made available and provide greater development opportunities for all employees wherever they are based in the world, at a time convenient to them.

The login is designed to work for specific users requiring external access.

First time users

The first step is to register using one of the three available options. This is a straight forward process, where you will enter information 'relevant to you'. If you are on HRIS and have a LBG employee ID you should register under the 'UK' registration option. If you are not on HRIS e.g. Asset Finance you should select a category from the drop down list. International users should select the International option. However please note for all non HRIS colleagues you will need to have had your details preloaded into the site 'prior' to registering. If you are unsure if this has been completed please speak to your Divisional learning representative.


Once registered, please follow the on-screen prompts to the Learning @ Lloyds Banking Group home page.


Please remember your password and catchphrase for future use.

Failed Registration

If you are unable to register an appropriate screen will be displayed. Follow instructions and please try again. If the problem persists and you are a LBG colleague trying to register using option 1 (UK) or via the Business Unit drop down list, for assistance, please ring the HR Service Centre on 08456 40 60 80 between 8am & 6pm GMT Monday to Friday.


External contractors are advised to speak to their LBG contact/sponsor who would have initially been responsible for requesting access to be setup.


If you are trying to register using option 2 (International) select the contact helpdesk button on the failed registration screen and someone will contact you within 48 hours. (GMT Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm).

Subsequent visits to the Internet site

'UK registered' users will simply use their LBG employee number and chosen password, for each subsequent visit.


'International' and 'Business Unit Registration' users will upon successful registration be issued with a unique six-digit numeric ID. This ID should be used along with their chosen password on each subsequent visit.

You may be able to reset your password without calling the HR Service Centre (HRSC).
In order to do this, please keep retrying to login until you are prompted to input certain security information.
If correct, you will be able to reset your own password.
